No livestock or poultry of any kind may be raised, bred or kept in any townhome or patio area. (Article VI, section 4 of Restrictive covenants).

All pets must be under control at all times on common area property.Animal control number is 972-219-3478.Animal control hours: M-F 8:00 am -8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.For emergency animal control issues please call 972-219-3640 after hours.There is a leash law in Lewisville.

Any pet not under the control of their owner will subject its owner to a fine.

All pets must be registered with the City of Lewisville animal control.Contact Animal Control for registration.

Owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pets to common areas and to the property of others.

Pet owners are responsible for the immediate removal of animal waste that their pets deposit on the common areas.All excrement needs to be disposed of in appropriate sealed trash receptacles.Pet owners violating this rule are subject to a fine.
